- CBCraig· November 10th, 2022Everything with Almighty Kilimanjaro exceeded our expectations! Rashidee was easy to communicate with, promptly answered all our questions, and put together 2 excellent tours. Our team of guides ( led by Joseph), porters, and cook on Kilimanjaro were extremely competent. But not only that, they were friendly, welcoming, and took care of all our needs with smiles and positivity! Their passion for what they do made our trip quite special, and I thank them so much! We also did a 3 day Serengeti and Ngoro Goro safari with Almighty Kilimanjaro. Our guide Honest was excellent! His knowledge of the land and all of its animals deepened our experience. Also he is an excellent driver, whether on dirt roads or the chaos of African highways. Again my thanks goes out to everyone at Almighty Kilimanjaro who made our trip so memorable. I would gladly use them again for any potential Tanzanian Adventures. Craig B. U.S.AShow moreTrip date: October 2022
- PDPaul· July 21st, 2022Really a great route up the Kilimajaro. Only in the last segment (Stella Point) do you join up with more crowds from the other routes. We basically were just 4 groups on the route the whole way, very peaceful. While probably a bit longer as to KMs you do get to see all sides of the mountain and stay a night at the base of Mt Mawenzi -quite a beautiful spot. The summit day is tough as you go up to the summit then back to Kibo Hut and after a small rest you go down onto Horombo Hut. So basically from midnight all the way through 3 pm or so. Almighty Kilimanjaro was great - the whole team at the base in Moshi and the team that went up with us. Jackson our lead guide was very supportive and organized the whole team very well. The food went way beyond what we expected to be eating on a 'camping trip' the cook Philip was great ! Very thankful for all their support to help us get to the summit.Show moreTrip date: July 2022

- SSyliviaRocuten· October 5th, 2019My husband and I decided to climb Kilimanjaro as part of our honeymoon trip to Tanzania.Almighty Kilimanjaro were absolutely brilliant from the word go! Our team, and especially our guides,Godfrey and Saidy, went above and beyond to help us reach the summit. They were so friendly, professional and every detail was taken care of - including providing hot water bottles for our sleeping bags in the cold nights. Our guides were only too happy to show us extra insight about the mountain, as well as teaching us some Swahili! We couldn't have made it to the summit without their help and support. All 7 members of the team (porters, chef, waiter, guides) were keen to meet us and even performed a song for us, which was really moving. Although we spent less time with the porters and chef team, when we did see them they were always smiling and keen to talk to us, and did all their tasks with enthusiasm. We would highly recommend Almighty Kilimanjaro to anyone who dreams of summiting Kilimanjaro - you won't be disappointed! The level of customer service we experienced was outstanding and we cant think of anything that could have been improved. We will have amazing memories of this trip, thank you so much!! Traveler•Written November 2022After deep review I have a couple of questions please: 1. I went to your website, the 6 days Rongai does not include local transport before/after the climb while here it does "At the time you reach the gate your driver will have already arrived and waiting to take you back to your hotel in moshi" , can you please confirm if there is any pick-up or drop off included. 2. If I do the 2-days safari the day after my return from the peak, can I be droped off at Arusha and not Moshi (since departure for Safari is Arusha)?
- Almighty KilimanjaroOperator•Written November 2022
The price here include pick up from your hotel to the rongai gate and back. Yes it's also possible to be dropped in Arusha after the safari instead of Moshi.
