Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival
You'll arrive on the island by boat or plane and get checked in from 2:00 PM. After settling into your room, there's a welcome drink waiting for you, then you can relax by the pool or beach as the afternoon winds down. Once evening hits, take a walk over to the famous Lamai Night Market to see what's happening there.

Wellness & Fitness
The day starts early at 7:00 AM with a cardio session, your choice between jungle hiking, mountain biking, aquagym, or muay thai. After that you can grab optional organic breakfast, then move into a 75-minute yoga and meditation class. Lunch comes next followed by free time to relax, shop, or just unwind however you'd like. Later in the afternoon there's a strength and conditioning class, then optional dinner, and you can finish with an optional Thai massage if you want.

Start with a morning yoga class at 10:30 AM, then it's time to check out and head to the airport at 12:00 PM for your departure.
