Itinerary
- Day 1
Delhi to Agra
After breakfast at your Delhi hotel, you'll drive to Agra, which takes around 3 to 4 hours. Once you arrive and check in, grab lunch at a local restaurant to settle in. Spend your afternoon walking through Agra Fort, then head over to Itmad-ud-Daulah's Tomb (often called Baby Taj) to see the intricate marble inlay work. From there, make your way to Mehtab Bagh garden positioned across the river, where you can watch the sun set over the Taj Mahal. Later in the evening, there's an optional light and sound show called Mohabbat the Taj featuring a large replica of the monument, so you can catch that if you're interested.

- Day 2
Agra to Delhi
Get up early to catch the sunrise at the Taj Mahal, then return to your hotel to shower and have breakfast around 8 or 9 in the morning. You'll have time to rest before checking out. After that, you'll drive about 37 kilometers to Fatehpur Sikri, a former Mughal capital that's a UNESCO World Heritage site. You can explore the historic structures and layout of this old city, and then it's the drive back to Delhi. You should arrive at your hotel in the evening, so plan for a long day of travel with the historic site visit in between.
