Arrival in Arusha
You'll be picked up from the airport and driven to your lodge in Arusha. If you arrive with time to spare, the lodge grounds are yours to explore, and there's a pool if you want to cool off. Optional activities are available if you're interested in doing something right away.

Arusha to Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, stop in Arusha town for any last-minute shopping you need before heading into Tarangire National Park. Your first game drive takes you through the park, where you'll see large herds of elephants and the distinctive baobab trees scattered across the landscape.

Lake Manyara National Park
Following breakfast, you'll spend the full day at Lake Manyara National Park on game drive. The park is known for its lions that climb into trees, plus you'll see herds of flamingos, buffalo, zebras, hippos, leopards, elephants, and giraffes, all set against the Great Rift Valley backdrop.

Lake Manyara to Serengeti National Park
After breakfast, you'll drive up the Rift Valley escarpment toward Serengeti, traveling through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. There's a brief stop at Olduvai Gorge and its museum before continuing with game driving the rest of the day to reach your lodge.

Serengeti National Park
You'll spend the entire day game driving in Serengeti National Park. Zebra, wildebeest, lions, giraffes, impalas, gazelles, buffalo, hippos, and possibly leopards or elephants come into view. Choose between a packed lunch or one served at the lodge, then return for sundowner drinks and dinner.

Serengeti National Park
An early breakfast gets you started before heading out for another game drive. With a picnic lunch packed for the day, you'll continue exploring the Serengeti plains and spotting wildlife. You'll head back to the lodge in the late afternoon to rest.

Serengeti to Ngorongoro Crater
You'll have an early breakfast at camp, then drive to Ngorongoro Crater. After registration, you descend to the crater floor for the day's game viewing. Lunch sits by a hippo pool at a picnic site, and after more game driving, you'll ascend the crater rim for your overnight stay.

Karatu to Zanzibar
After breakfast, you'll walk through the colorful town of Mto-wa-Mbu for photos and to pick up some curios. From there, it's on to Arusha town where you'll catch your local flight to Zanzibar.

Zanzibar Beach Relaxation
Your day is yours to spend on Zanzibar's palm-lined beaches with white coral sand. Swimming and snorkeling in the clear water are great options, or you can watch local fishermen working their traditional dhows. Optional excursions are available if you want to do something organized.
