Shahnaz· August 14th, 2022Overall the tour was very well organized. The guides were by and large very good and well informed except one. The hotels were well located and good. But there are some issues: In one place we missed out on visiting some spots because we had to travel for 0ne and half hour each way to pick up some passengers who were in another city. Our half day was wasted in futile travel. At the end of the day we were just told that it was not possible. In many cities the optional tours were given to the local guide. But our tour itinerary was not given. With the result that the tour guide did not take us to all the places. Sometimes the excuse was "we have seen one, so its ok to miss the other". Many times the local guide would not give us the time limit and so we didnt know how much time we had. This resulted in having very little time or no time to visit everything. The optional dinners were nothing as mentioned in the itinerary. NONE of the dinners were local cuisine as promised. None of the restaurants were as mentioned in the brochure. We were looking forward to the medieval meal in Tallinn with the ambiance. Tallinn had a number of restaurants serving mediaeval food in the old town. We were taken to a generic cafe and served cold platter as starter and roast chicken and pork as main and a cake as dessert. Such a let down. We paid a lot more than the regular price for these meals but were so disappointed.Show more
