Arrival in Marrakech
Your driver meets you at Marrakech Airport and takes you to your hotel. Once you arrive, you can settle in and get comfortable after your journey.

Marrakech
After breakfast at your riad, a local guide takes you through Marrakech's narrow alleyways and hidden gardens, and you'll walk through the souks. You stop at Djemaa el Fna square to see the Koutoubia Mosque minaret. In the evening, you can check out the food stalls, watch dancers, and see henna artists in the square, or head to a local spa to relax.

Marrakech to Boumalne Dades
You leave Marrakech and drive over the High Atlas Mountains, passing through small Berber villages and reaching Tickha peak for mountain views. Next you visit the 18th-century Telouet Kasbah, a former home of the powerful Glaoui family. Then comes Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah from the 17th century, the place used in films like Lawrence of Arabia and Gladiator. After driving through Skoura and the Valley of Roses, you reach Boumalne Dades for dinner and overnight.

Boumalne Dades to Merzouga Desert
You drive toward Todra Gorge near Tinghir, seeing impressive views that are good for hiking. After passing through the desert towns of Erfoud and Rissani, you either ride camels or take a 4WD vehicle into Morocco's pink sand dunes at the desert's edge. You can wander around on your own before watching the sunset. Dinner is a traditional Moroccan meal with live music around a campfire, and you'll have drumming lessons or just enjoy the quiet. The night happens in Berber tents where you can look at the Milky Way and possibly see shooting stars.

Merzouga Desert to Fes
You travel toward Fes through Errachidia and the Ziz Valley. The route passes through Midelt, a busy commercial area surrounded by farmland. Then you drive through Cedar forests where Barbary macaques live. Before reaching Fez by early evening, you stop in Ifrane, known for its alpine-style buildings, ski slopes, and forests, and you'll see the famous lion statue.

Later you have free time to walk around on your own.

Meknes - Volubilis - Chefchaouen
After breakfast, you drive to Chefchaouen but first stop in Meknes to see the Bab Mansour gate with its arches and tile work. You explore Volubilis, once the capital of the Mauretanian kingdom. When you arrive in Chefchaouen, the blue-washed buildings are really something to see. You have free time to walk the streets, visit Place Outa el Hammam square, the red-walled 15th-century Kasbah with its dungeon, the Ethnographic Museum, and the distinctive octagonal minaret.

Rabat - Casablanca
After breakfast you drive to Rabat to see two UNESCO World Heritage Sites: Oudaya and Hassan Tower (a minaret from an incomplete mosque built in 1195). You also visit the Mohammed V Mausoleum, which holds the tombs of three kings: Mohammad V, Hassan II, and Prince Abdallah. Later you continue to Casablanca to see Hassan II Mosque, finished in 1993, the second-largest in Africa, with the world's second-tallest minaret at 210 meters. You overnight in Casablanca.
