- Day 1Dublin to KinsaleYou'll head south from Dublin into Ireland's historic interior. The Rock of Cashel comes first, where you can walk around the ancient seat of the Kings of Munster with its views across the Golden Vale. From there, it's on to Cahir Castle, one of the country's largest medieval fortresses, giving you a real sense of how substantial these structures are. Later in the day, you'll reach Kinsale, a harbor town where you can see Charles Fort and take the Scilly Walk along the water before settling in for the evening. - Meals

- Day 2Kinsale to KillarneyStart early and head to Blarney Castle to kiss the stone and see the castle gardens, then check out the Blarney Woollen Mills if you want. After that, you'll drive southwest toward Kerry and the Ring of Kerry route, stopping in Kenmare and taking in Molls Gap and Ladies View viewpoints. Killarney National Park is next, where you'll see the thousand-year-old yew tree at Muckross Abbey, visit Torc Waterfall, and walk through the Muckross House Gardens. By evening, you'll catch Celtic Steps The Show, which combines Irish dance with traditional music. - Meals

- Day 3Killarney to DingleSpend your morning wandering around Killarney Park and town at your own pace. After lunch, you'll head west to a family farm by the sea for a sheepdog demonstration where border collies work sheep, and you can help bottle-feed baby lambs. The afternoon takes you to Dingle, a small coastal town with traditional pubs, good restaurants, and live music sessions where locals and visitors mix throughout the evening. - Meals

- Day 4DingleToday is the Slea Head Drive, a scenic route that National Geographic called the most beautiful place on earth. You'll have wild Atlantic Ocean on one side and green fields on the other, with chances to stop at secluded beaches, ancient stone huts, and views of the Blasket Islands. There's plenty of time for photos and exploring cliff tops. After lunch back in Dingle, you can relax or choose from optional activities like sea safaris, sea kayaking, brewery tours, distillery visits, or guided horse rides. Evening brings more time in Dingle's craft shops, pubs, and music sessions. - Meals

- Day 5Dingle to GalwayYou'll leave Dingle early and take a ferry across the Shannon River mouth, and you might spot dolphins during the crossing. The Cliffs of Moher are next, with short walking trails, shops, and a museum about the cliffs and local wildlife. Then you'll see Poulnabrone Portal Dolmen, an ancient stone tomb from around 2000 to 2500 BC. Following the Coast Road gives you views toward Galway Bay and the Aran Islands. Later, you'll walk through the Burren's stark landscape before arriving in Galway to explore its colorful streets, listen to street musicians, and try local oysters. - Meals

- Day 6GalwayYou're staying a second night in Galway, so no packing. The day takes you through Connemara where you'll see native Connemara Ponies, wild sheep, and Irish cattle. You'll drive alongside lakes to the Killary Fjord lookout and stop at a fairy tree to learn some folklore. Kylemore Abbey and its gardens take about 2.5 hours to explore properly, including the Neo-Gothic Church and Victorian Gardens. The drive back to Galway passes through Inagh Valley, and you'll catch views of Galway Bay and the Wild Atlantic Way. By evening, you'll have time for dinner and pub experiences with traditional Irish music. - Meals

- Day 7Galway to DublinYour morning includes a walking tour of Galway with a local guide who shares the city's medieval history. From there, you'll travel to Clonmacnoise, one of Ireland's largest monastic settlements founded in the sixth century, where scholars from across Europe once gathered. You'll move through Ireland's quieter regions, passing patchwork fields, old stone bridges, and rural cottages before heading back to Dublin in the evening to wrap up your trip. - Meals
