- SCSarah· April 8th, 2025We really enjoyed our tour of Thailand. Everything worked out well. Our guides were good and helpful for the most part. Visiting the elephants was a highlight. We upgraded our hotels and our hotels were very nice. What was not made clear is that this was not a group tour with a group of people and a bus. We were on our own essentially for the trip. We had a general itinerary but every evening we got a text from a person on Whatsapp telling us specifically what was happening the next day. What time we would be picked up and a general outline on what would happen. It was just my husband and me except when we were joined up with another tour. This is not a complaint, it worked out well, but it might not be everyone's cup of tea, especially if you don't know how to use Whatsapp or your cell phone isn't working. Our problem was dealing with the tour agency before hand. We were given wrong information, wrong amounts of money were charged, several days would elapse before we got responses to our questions and sometimes the information was hard to understand or wrong. Because I thought it was a group tour I couldn't understand why I had to pay for our flights separately and why we weren't all traveling together. That was not made clear. It was not made clear that this was just the two of us and, therefore, we needed to book early to get the cheapest price. They also posted the amount we owed for the flights as $394 and this amount is still on our webpage for the tour as the cost. But when we went to pay, they said the flights were $500. There were misbillings, lack of apologies and slow communications and corrections. I requested Tour Radar to have me work with a different agent, but that was never taken care of. Also they take a commission on the internal airfares which was also not made clear until after the fact. Sor the tour itself was very good, but the lead up left a lot to be desired.Show moreTrip date: February 2025

- Alan· February 4th, 2025Booked a group tour with a guaranteed departure date. I wound up with a private tour as nobody else booked on the same date. My departure flight was cancelled and I arrived in Thailand later than I planned, and the company was able to re-arrange the beginning of the tour to accommodate this. I had easy WhatsApp communication with the company, which helped since I had different guides in different parts of the country. I would definitely recommend this tour.Show moreTrip date: December 2024
- Calin· January 13th, 2025Overall our experience was awesome. That being said, if I were to do it again or come back to Thailand I don't think I'd book a package like this, but rather book individually myself. The main reason for using a package like this was that we weren't sure what the process would be be like in Thailand but it turns out that they've got the process pretty well locked in as a tourist destination country. So if you're unsure about booking things yourself this is a good starter, but if you're on the fence and think you can handle it, I'd recommend doing that. The tours were a real mixed bag with some being excellent and others downright terrible. The first tour was great, we didn't know it was going to be a private tour but definitely enjoyed it once we found out. Our guide was very helpful and informative. She took some great photos for us too. The only downside to that tour was that it ended rather oddly by going not to one of the markets like we expected but just to a big jewelry store. Felt very kick-back-y. Second tour was a group tour and that was pretty bad. First off, the vehicles were big vans that they stripped the seats out of and then put in more and less comfortable seats. Felt crammed in like sardines and it was a LONG drive. I don't think the destinations were really worth that uncomfortable drive honestly. Third tour in the north of Thailand was the best. Our guide was amazing and super helpful but also gave us time to rest during the longer car rides. 10/10 for Taew, if you can get her definitely do so. The rest of the tours down south were good, not remarkable but good. The only other thing I'll say is that the hotels were definitely not it on this trip. Each one was fine as a hotel (not great, but fine). The thing that made them bad was location. Each one was juuuuuust far enough away from whatever main attractions were nearby to be inconvenient. We also did the 4-star upgrade and there is no way some of those hotels were 4-star. Maybe 4+ google rating but not 4-star. To end on a positive note, I will say that the organization and communication of our guides and our main point of contact for the whole trip was great. We never once felt lost or in the dark about what was next. The scheduling and coordination was definitely on point. So like I said, overall some positives and negatives and despite some issues we still had a great time through the whole trip. I'd recommend this trip to anyone that doesn't feel comfortable booking things themselves but I do think that I personally would do so in the future.Show moreTrip date: December 2024
- AAyesha· December 10th, 2024A brilliantly organised tour! The guides were all great, especially Kan. She was so friendly and bubbly, and made seeing Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai even more enjoyable! The tour took away any stress in planning and everything ran on time. Thailand is such a beautiful country with so much to see. This tour definitely covers the highlights. We had a great first time in Thailand!Show moreTrip date: November 2024
- Ameya· November 25th, 2024Very well organized tour across the different cities. Felt like good value for money. Met few friendly and interesting people on the trip. The places they took for lunch and dinner were always good. The pick up from the airport, hotel , etc was on time and well communicated. The tour is not very strenuous as you get most of the evenings to yourself to explore the city. Only critic is that we had 2 days of free leisure on our own in Phuket at the end of the tour, I wished they had planned something for at least on of those days. But we were able to plan something on our own which is very easy to do since it is a tourist town. Also there was a optional boat ride in Chiang Rai for 30 mins for 500baht which I went on but I won't recommend as you could just as well walk along the shore for free or buy a lot of unique stuff at / near the Opium museum.Show moreTrip date: November 2024

- EEva· February 8th, 2024I chose this tour because it had many reviews and very good. I can't understand why! There was no group, I was alone most of the time, the accomodation was very basic, I had just a contact on WhatsApp of a lady from the tour operator. The communication was very poor, she just asked my questions. Overall very disappointed 😞Show moreTrip date: January 2024

Asked on February 14th, 2025I wanted to connect with you as I am interested in leading a tour to Thailand in May 2027. I plan one year ahead which means that for May 2027 we should have a proposal ready by January 2026. I really like the itinerary and I trust that this will be the beginning of a good collaboration between us.
- M
Marc
Traveler•Written February 2025Please keep in mind that I need to have your final proposal by October 2025. This will give me enough time to write the syllabus and submit all documentation to the administration by January 2026. Please could you send me an emergency plan as well the cost per person, per day for tips. Tentative arrival date will be Saturday May 8th or Sunday May 9th. Please include FB throughout the trip. I should be free of cost for a group of let's say 8-10 students, right?
- Bravo Indochina ToursOperator•Written February 2025
I will offer free tour cost (except for domestic flight) for your packages if group 8-10 person
- M
Marc
Traveler•Written February 2025I expect the program to be very popular and we will get at least 8 students. Simply to confirm that I understand you correctly: I will be free of cost (but the domestic flight) in a group of 8-10, right? How do we go about the domestic flights? If you can include them in the program price per person and then you book them for us, it will be very helpful.
- Bravo Indochina ToursOperator•Written February 2025
I can not include flight in tour cost because price and availability may vary upon the time you make the booking. Upon your tour booking completed I'll inform the exactly price then. Sooner you book cheaper you get. Tipping is not compulsory with our company, non shopping as well.
- M
Marc
Traveler•Written February 2025In the tour description I read that I should count 139 USD/person to 279 USD/person for the domestic flights. I assume this is pretty much accurate? Also, you could book the flights for us and when we get there, I pay you separately?
