- Inna· June 24th, 2025Our tour with East Site was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The itinerary was excellent — we visited all the main highlights in each of the three countries, and everything was very well paced. The food throughout the trip was truly outstanding, and the wine tasting was a real treat. We especially enjoyed the group dinners at local restaurants, which gave us a real taste of the regional cuisine. Transportation was comfortable and smooth, and all of the hotels were clean and pleasant. The trip was well organized, and everything ran without a hitch. I would absolutely recommend East Site to anyone looking for a well-planned and enjoyable journey through the region.Show moreTrip date: June 2025
- Гульшат· June 15th, 2025It was a great tour that we enjoyed a lot. It was my first trip to Central Asia, and I’m very glad I chose East Site. Everything was well organized and went smoothly from start to finish. The guides were friendly, helpful, and made us feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip. The hotels were clean and pleasant, and overall the tour was very good value for the money. We’re still very interested in the Caucasus tour for next year and hope to schedule it once we settle on the dates. I would gladly recommend East Site to anyone considering this part of the world.Show moreTrip date: March 2025
- Sugdiyona· June 10th, 2025I usually prefer to travel on my own, but this time I decided to try a group tour, and I’m glad I did. East Site handled everything very professionally, and I always felt comfortable and taken care of. The pace was just right — not too rushed — and the guides were kind, patient, and easy to talk to. I especially appreciated how everything was explained clearly and calmly, without any stress. It was a new experience for me, and a very positive one.Show moreTrip date: June 2025

- AAnonymous· May 27th, 2025I took part in the 5 Stans tour with East Site and was satisfied with how the trip was organized. The itinerary was well thought out, everything ran on schedule, and logistics were handled professionally. The guides were very friendly and pleasant to deal with — always ready to help and answer questions. The food was somewhat repetitive, but consistently tasty and fresh. Overall, the tour was comfortable and well-managed.Show moreTrip date: March 2025
- Nsjcjdjc· May 22nd, 2025I was on the 5 Stans tour with East Site in April and I’m really happy with how everything was organized, even the little things. For an older person like me it was very comfortable and easy. They made sure there was water for everyone all the time, and they even gave us adapters for charging phones as a gift — that was very thoughtful. I could relax and enjoy the trip without worries. I’m really looking forward to going to the Caucasus with them next year. Big thanks to the team!Show moreTrip date: March 2025
- JSJulia· January 7th, 2025The 5 Stans tour was an amazing experience. The landscapes were breathtaking, and the history of the region was so interesting to learn about. The food was very tasty, though definitely for those who enjoy trying unique and local flavors—it might not suit everyone. Overall, everything was well-organized, and the hospitality we experienced was wonderful. A trip worth taking!Show moreTrip date: September 2024
- MBMichael· December 18th, 2024We did the 5 Stans tour and were truly amazed by the beauty of these lands. The people were incredibly hospitable, the landscapes were breathtaking, and the history was rich and fascinating. We especially enjoyed the unique charm and aesthetics of the region—each place had its own special atmosphere. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’re so glad we chose this tour!Show moreTrip date: August 2024
- Jessica· November 12th, 2024Uzbekistan was much more than what my wife, friends and I expected. Wonderful people, beautiful architecture, interesting landscape and an array of history. A wonderful trip!!! Turkmenistan was an eye opener. The capital reminded me of DisneyWorld. The northern area captivated my interest in the history of this part of the World which unfortunately is not part of the school or college curriculum in the West. The guides were: Timur an A+ As mentioned before "Not enough words to praise his professionalism, knowledge and services". His substitute that came with us to Tajikistan is still "green". The local guide in Tajikistan was also an A+. He made this part of the trip worthwhile notwithstanding it was the lesser place from the cultural point of view. The guide in Turkmenistan is excellent, somewhat shy but very nice, helpful and knowledgeable.. The crossing of the border from Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan was an ordeal, out of a Kafka book In a nutshell, many thanks for organizing the tour and the visits to places I had dreamed to see!Show moreTrip date: May 2024

Asked on April 1st, 2025Can you confirm that the 2 nights accommodations in Bukhara are in a hotel or a guest house?
- East Site IncOperator•Written April 2025
Your 2-night accommodation in Bukhara will be at Asia Bukhara Hotel.
- East Site IncOperator•Written April 2025
In our regular 5 Stans tour there are no nights in tents at all. If spending a night in a tent is something you're particularly interested in, we do offer another version of the tour - 5 Stans + Hell's Gate in Darvaza - which includes a special overnight camping experience right at the edge of the famous gas crater in Turkmenistan.

Asked on January 12th, 2025Can you explain what that means/ I will travel alone and want to be sure also, that all my accommodation will be private. No sharing. Finally, the October 5 date does not show on your own website. Before I book flights, etc. I need your assurance that this trip will start on the 5th.
- East Site IncOperator•Written January 2025
If you opt for a private tour, the "upgraded accommodation" option allows you to select alternative hotels that you may prefer over those listed in the itinerary. This provides greater flexibility to tailor your experience.
Rest assured that all your accommodations will be private, with no sharing. The single supplement fee, which ensures private rooms throughout your trip, is currently offered at a 50% discount until the end of January. The fee is now $412 instead of $825.
Regarding your chosen departure date of Sunday, October 5, 2025: I can confirm that this date is available and scheduled. I'm unsure why it doesn't appear on the website, but please rest assured that we can proceed with booking your tour for this date.

Asked on June 9th, 2024We want to see 5 stans at a leisurely pace as my wife has MS - mobility & tiredness issues. We are widely travelled & want best available accom, comfortable transfers. We have been to India 9 times so understand there is not an Oberoi in every town. Were going to do Golden Eagle but having just been in Namibia on Rovos rail cabins too small. Would consider group tour depending on hotels.
- East Site IncOperator•Written June 2024
Majority of our tourists are seasoned travelers and been to over 100 countries, as you guess in their golden age, or late 60 to early 80's. In our previous tour we had a couple in their late 80's. We do have availability for August 25th departure and September 22, both dates are very favorable weather wise.

Traveler•Written June 2024We are experienced travellers and usually book hotels ourselves but it is the getting between places and having reliable transfers/guides where you make the difference. We want that to be as comfortable as possible and as stress free as modern travel can be. We enjoy the company of others - we cruise and do train tours - but a full on group tour would be just too tiring. Having the freedom to say enough for today, back to the hotel is important to us. We need a guide with good English who understands our needs and tailors programme to us not him.
- East Site IncOperator•Written June 2024
May I suggest a private tour? We're offering our 5 Stans tour privately at extra $1000 per person. That way you have the flexibility to choose the hotels. You will also have flexibility to start the day, sightseeing at your own time, choose time and type of restaurants for meals, as well as have an option to join our small group tourists for meals. You will have your own private guide and transportation, with guide and driver 2 different people.
