Mr. Bosco took care of our itinerary down to the smallest detail with great professionalism and competence, listening to our needs and suggesting activities and places that allowed us to discover the true essence of Uganda. We visited breathtaking national parks, met the majestic mountain gorillas with their big chocolate brown eyes, experienced the local culture in an authentic and engaging way. One of the aspects we appreciated the most was the perfect logistical organisation, everything was organized impeccably, from transfers to accommodation, leaving us the freedom to fully enjoy the trip without worries. Bosco’s expertise, adaptability, and ability to handle unforeseen changes (such as activity schedule modifications) made our journey even better than expected. His extensive knowledge of the parks and wildlife, combined with an uncanny ability to locate animals and birds, allowed us to see far more than we had imagined. We spotted hippopotamuses, African lions, giraffes, zebras, leopards, gorillas, and chimpanzees. The accommodations were exactly as described, and Bosco’s advice about when air conditioning would be necessary was invaluable.
