Itinerary
- Day 1
Nairobi to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
After breakfast in Nairobi, you'll drive out to Ol Pejeta Conservancy at the base of Mt. Kenya. Once there, head to the Sweet Waters Chimpanzee Sanctuary and grab lunch on the grounds. You'll get to meet Baraka the rhinoceros, and then wrap up the day with an evening game drive looking for the Big Five.

Ol Pejeta Conservancy to Lake Nakuru National Park
Following breakfast, you'll head to Lake Nakuru National Park in the Great Rift Valley. Lunch comes at your lodge, and then you'll spend the afternoon on a game drive along the lake shores. Keep an eye out for buffalo, black and white rhinoceros, baboons, lions, leopards, and waterbucks moving along the water.

Lake Nakuru to Maasai Mara
Leaving Lake Nakuru after breakfast, you'll drive south to the Maasai Mara, Kenya's most famous park. After lunch at your lodge, head out for an afternoon and sunset game drive. The park is where you'll search for big cats, elephants, giraffes, and other members of the Big Five.

Maasai Mara
Start this morning before dawn for a sunrise game drive across the Maasai Mara. If you prefer, there's an optional hot air balloon safari with champagne breakfast available. After returning, you'll have a late breakfast, then either spend the day exploring the park with a picnic lunch or take it easy at your lodge and head out during the afternoon instead.

Maasai Mara to Mombasa
After breakfast, you'll leave the Maasai Mara and drive back to Nairobi, then fly to Mombasa. By evening, you'll be at your beachside hotel in time for dinner and a sunset drink to kick off the coastal portion of your trip.

Mombasa
This day is entirely up to you. Sleep in or rise early for a relaxed breakfast. From there, you can swim in the pool, try water sports, play tennis, sunbathe on the beach, take a local tour of the area, or simply read a book and unwind by the water.

Mombasa
Another day at leisure on the Kenyan coast. You can wake early or stay in bed a bit longer for a leisurely breakfast. Then pick from swimming in the pool, trying water sports, playing tennis, sunbathing, going on a local tour, or settling in with a good book on the beach.

Mombasa to Watamu Beach
You'll transfer to Watamu Beach near the coastal town of Malindi. Check in at Turtle Bay Resort, an all-inclusive property that has everything you'll need and direct beach access to white sand and clear turquoise waters.

Watamu Beach
Your last day on the coast is flexible. Go on a dolphin watching cruise, dive into the pool, try snorkeling in the coral reefs, get active with water sports, or simply find a spot to relax and take in the beach atmosphere before heading home.

Watamu to Departure
Say goodbye to the Kenyan coast and head to the airport for your flight back to Nairobi, then onward to your final destination.
