- AIGOR· August 17th, 2023There were inconsistencies and miscounications with Globus initially. Ex: in Globus Travel Docs. It states: " A GLOBUS representative will greet you after you exit customs and arrange for your transfer to the tour hotel." There was no Globus representative after we exited customs. After a few tense minutes we were able to locate him outside. On the positive side, from the moment that the tour director Steve took over everything worked smoothly and without a hitch.
