Since are still outside the cancellation fee period, your booking will be cancelled at loss of deposit. The deposit will be placed under a Deposit Protection credit which has a validity of 5 years from the cancellation date of the original booking. You can redeem or use the Deposit Protection credit on your future booking with us. Deposit Protection credit cannot be used to pay the deposit on a future trip, standard deposit conditions apply which means that you are required to pay first a deposit before the travel credit can be applied or redeemed on your new booking. Please note the cancellation fees are subject to change, you can find the full cancellation policy on the right side of the screen at the attachment. We understand you have requested for us to cancel your booking however kindly confirm you wish to proceed given the fees applicable. Note: the booking will not be cancelled until you reply.
