Sanjay, the agent, checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. Also driver Jeevan who drove me around for 11 days was great and very helpful. On my tour, I particularly enjoyed Kochi, Alleppey, Ooty, and Mysore. Was able to see the beautiful nature of South India as well as lots of cultural sights in the busier cities.
