- LWLinda· July 15th, 2023It was an excellent tour! The guide was terrific with knowledge and deep love of country.I will keep in touch with several members of the trip.Show moreTrip date: June 2023
- RTRichard· June 5th, 2023The trip covered a broad spectrum of ancient history. Thought the pace a little intense without adequate breaks to pause for lunch or explore points of individual interest. Aside from standard historical items of interest, we found the jeep tour of the Golan Heights particularly insightful. Both as historical insight as well as the breath of Israeli ingenuity, brought new insights into modern geopolitical challenges as well as new information of Israel as a modern force in the world. Some stops, such as the navel museum served no purpose-- it was a walk though. Time spent in artist colonies could have been better spent elsewhere. Facilities were nice, as advertised, and quality. - Laura· June 20th, 2022The tour itself was wonderful. However I am not too sure how much Click Tours had to do with the tour. I am unhappy with the following from Click Tours: 1. Communicating withthempre-tour was frustrating and unsatisfactory. I typically had to ask Tourradar to help me out. Click either did not or were slow to answer questions. They typically answered one out of my questions and ignored the others. 2. They were suppose to pick me up at the airport when I landed. Then they gave me a refund or a certain amount for a taxi. Well you can imagine how well that went. The taxi driver said the ride was metered but I had to pay more than what Click gave me. When I called Click and told them the problem they told me I should have done a better job of negotiating with the cabbie. WELL you can imagine my reaction after a 22 hour flight going East! I told them no I want you to pay. They called back and agreed to pay. As I said the tour itself was fantastic but the tour guide did not work for Click. LauraArmstrongShow moreTrip date: June 2022

- SGSheryl· May 19th, 2019Super interesting and learned so much. We were kept just the right amount of busy. Tour guide was extraordinary. This group was older than myself and husband and would have been nice if we would have had more of our contemporaries to travel with as some of these guests were quite slow. If the age range can be selected that would be a huge bonus for your tour company to offer. The only glitches had was with the accommodation. We chose a 4 star package and according to the other tour groups on our trip, the Prima was rated as 3 star so we were in a different hotel than the others although when I wrote to you about this, you guys were on top of it immediately and changed our hotel so we were able to be at the Dan with the others. We should have been staying there from the beginning however. I would recommend a few more places to be included in the Jewish Heritage Tour which we did on our own in Tel Aviv, in particular the Palmach Museum and the Ayelot Institute - the bullet factory. I truly loved this trip. Well doneShow moreTrip date: May 2019
