- Day 1
Nairobi to Lake Bogoria
Your safari kicks off with a hotel pickup in Nairobi around 7:30 a.m. The drive to Lake Bogoria takes you through the Great Rift Valley, which you'll see unfold from the road. Lunch waits at Lake Bogoria Spa Resort near the hot springs. Once you're settled, head out to the lake itself to see thousands of flamingoes gathered there and check out the hot springs, which create an unusual landscape you won't find many places.

Lake Bogoria to Lake Baringo to Nakuru
After breakfast, you'll drive north to Lake Baringo, a major bird watching spot. Get on a boat to look for hippos and crocodiles in the water. If you want, there's a chance to visit Njemps village and meet people from the local tribe. Later you'll head to Nakuru town for lunch, then spend the afternoon at Lake Nakuru National Park doing game viewing.

Nakuru to Masai Mara
Following breakfast, drive south through the Great Rift Valley. You'll pass through Narok town on the way to Masai Mara game reserve. By lunchtime you'll be at the camp. In the afternoon, get out on a game drive to start seeing what the reserve has to offer.

- Day 4
Masai Mara
Spend your full day in Masai Mara with game viewing. The reserve sits on rolling hills covered in savannah grassland with plenty of roads and tracks that let you get close to wildlife for photos. Mid-day you'll break for a picnic lunch at the hippo pool, where you can watch for hippos and crocodiles from there.

- Day 5
Masai Mara to Nairobi
Start early before breakfast for a game drive when wildlife is most active. After eating, you'll leave the Mara and drive back to Nairobi, pulling in around mid-afternoon. This gives you time to settle in before your evening.
