- Colwyn· July 8th, 2023What an amazing holiday with the most beautiful sights and people. Turkish people are the most welcoming and friendly I've yet to come across while travelling. Our crew were exceptional and we will remain friends. It was too hot (no Aircon on our boat) to sleep in our beds so we slept on deck....all part of the experience, but the mosquitos were an unwelcome byproduct. Make sure to take something for that - and eye masks for that morning sun :) My advice to the Travel company , is advertise the 'party boat' as exactly that...me and my 52 Yr old partner who were originally assigned to that boat would not have enjoyed the experience listening to 20sumthings doing bodyshots all day! Equally the boats should not be travelling in tandem as the loud party boat meant we couldn't hear ourselves talk over dinner some nights. Great crew. Saw some nice areas of Turkey. Would call this a full board holiday experience where you wake up somewhere new everyday.
