Breathtaking landscapes, many animals and a super group! We were very lucky with the weather except 1 time. Unfortunately, we could not visit Maligne Lake due to snowfall. The personal highlight for me was the whale tour in Victoria. We saw a lot of orcas, fantastic! The only thing I would add is 2 full days in Victoria. We had 2 nights but only 1 day of that available. The morning was Butchers Garden and the afternoon was whale watching. I would Suggest one meeting to talk to everyone. Would have been nice to have a last meal together and a group photo. Suggested it to tour guide but never happened. Costsaver doesn't offer trips including the Calgary Stampede, but our sister company Trafalgar has several in 2023: Canada's Rockies with Calgary Stampede, Spectacular Canadian Rockies with Calgary Stampede, Iconic Canadian Rockies with Calgary Stampede. As you're probably aware, the Stampede takes place in July so given it's school holiday time in Australia then it's important to book in advance. Costsaver and Trafalgar do operate trips including Alaska cruising but not with the Stampede included as well; alternatively you could try a Costsaver trip in June (for example the Panoramic Canadian Rockies) then follow it up with a Trafalgar trip that takes in the Stampede in July perhaps?

This tour does not offer twin-share (share with a stranger) on these trips so this quote is based on a single occupancy only; it is subject to change and only confirmed on booking. Currently the pricing for this trip, departing 15 August 2022 is for an inside cabin (no porthole). For a single, inside cabin it is $7,309.00 including port taxes.
