Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi
You'll arrive in Hanoi and get settled at your hotel. After checking in, head out in the afternoon to see some of the city's most iconic spots. Start at Tran Quoc Pagoda on West Lake, which sits on a small peninsula with centuries of history behind it. Take time walking around the peaceful lakeside before heading to Dong Xuan market, where the energy picks up considerably and you'll find everything from textiles to street food. Later, make your way to the Temple of Jade Mountain on Hoan Kiem Lake, a small but significant temple accessible by a red wooden bridge. Wrap up the evening by catching a water puppet show, a traditional Vietnamese art form that's been performed here for generations.

- Day 2
Hanoi to Ha Long Bay
After checking out, you'll head to Ha Long Bay and board your cruise. Once settled in your cabin, spend the afternoon exploring Sung Sot Cave with its impressive limestone formations and cathedral-like chambers. Then hike up Titop Island to take in panoramic views across the bay from the summit. Return to the cruise by evening for sunset drinks and dinner on deck. If you're interested, there are optional activities like squid fishing or karaoke later on if you want to join in.

Ha Long Bay to Hanoi
Your morning starts early with sunrise and a tai-chi lesson on deck, a peaceful way to begin the day. Enjoy breakfast while taking in the bay's distinctive karst landscape from the ship. Later, you'll kayak or take a sampan through Luon Cave, paddling through limestone passages and getting close to the water. After that, head back to the cruise to check out. The journey back to Hanoi takes a few hours, and you'll arrive at your hotel around 4:30 PM, leaving you some time to rest.

Hanoi Departure
This is a free day in Hanoi before your departure. Your driver will pick you up from the hotel and take you to the airport for your flight. The timing depends on when your flight is scheduled, so coordinate with your hotel about the pickup time to make sure you get there with enough time to spare.
