  My husband and I did the 6-day Machame Route trek in late May 2025 and followed it with a 2 day safari all with Migration Venture Africa. We couldn't be more appreciative to the incredible team that made this experience so memorable! On the hike, our guides Joel and Emanuel, chef Albert, and team of porters were absolutely outstanding. Everyone was so supportive and encouraging, and created a great energy that helped keep us motivated throughout the trek. Joel and Emanuel's knowledge of the mountain, the routes, and acclimatization was clear from the beginning. They made us feel comfortable, well informed, and in the best hands. On the summit day, they both kept a close eye on how we were doing physically and mentally and knew exactly how to support us when it got tough. Thanks to their leadership, we made it to Uhuru Peak and could not have been more thrilled. We can’t thank everyone who was part of this experience enough, they were all a huge part of what made the climb such a success! After the hike, we did a 2 day safari guided by Bonny. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife and shared so much interesting information about the animals, landscapes, and local culture. Bonny helped us witness some incredible wildlife moments in Ngorongoro Crater. Overall, we had a truly unforgettable experience from start to finish with this group. I highly recommend them to anyone who is considering hiking Kilimanjaro or exploring Tanzania's wildlife.

  An intense trekking experience packed into 7 days. The trek was perfectly organized with Amos who took care of all the logistics, permits and transfers in Tanzania. Our guides Philip and Kileo were the best. They are highly experienced on guiding hikes on Kilimanjaro and knew that route very well. They were helpful and friendly all along and put our safety first. We traversed different habitat with each day bringing different views that were truly breathtaking. We had great support in terms of great equipment, amazing food and a very capable team of guides, porters and cook. Everything was handled with care and I cannot change anything about the trek.

  The Machame Route took us through breathtaking landscapes, from vibrant rainforests to rocky alpine terrain, each day offering a new and exciting challenge. The crew was incredibly knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive, always making sure we were prepared for the day's hike and constantly checking on our well-being. Summit night was an experience we'll never forget. The climb was tough, but with the encouragement of the guides and the camaraderie within the group, we all made it to the top together. Standing at Uhuru Peak with the sunrise was a moment of pure joy and accomplishment. Every meal was delicious, even at high altitudes, and the porters’ dedication to carrying all our gear and setting up camp ahead of us was truly impressive. Migration Venture Africa took care of everything, allowing us to focus on enjoying the climb and soaking in the incredible views. We can’t recommend Migration Venture Africa enough for anyone planning to summit Kilimanjaro. They turned what could have been a daunting challenge into an exhilarating and rewarding journey. Thank you to the entire team for making this a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

  The six-day trek was physically and mentally demanding, but Migration Venture Africa's top-notch planning and arrangements made the experience smoother and more enjoyable.
