Customer Reviews
- Overall RatingExcellent
- ARhodora· July 2nd, 2023Let me start with the tour director, Manuel Rosado. From the very beginning, we had a seamless and enriching adventure. His expertise in navigating the Camino along with his deep understanding of the historical and cultural significance of each stop along the way, truly brought the route to life. I was constantly in awe of his ability to share captivating stories and insights, keeping us engaged and inspired throughout the entire journey. As for the accommodations: Between Cosmos and their counterpart in your Europe, my prepaid accommodation was messed up. I ended up paying the June 22 prepaid. I don't understand why the original hotel at Moov got moved to Jaguar Hotel. Moov Hotel is close to city center. Jaguar is in a sort of seedy area. As for the Program, the day to day itinerary especially the amount of time to accomplish the total miles per day was misleading. There is no way on God's good earth can one finish 15.5 miles in 5 hours. As for the Restaurants, the Abasto in Santiago was spectacularly good where foods were served Michelin style.Show moreTrip date: June 2023Review collected by Cosmos
- AAmy· July 2nd, 2023Manuel our guide was patient, knowledgeable, helpful, and fun during our entire journey. Overall comments is that the weather was incredibly hot and humid. Cosmos needs to tell everyone that the Camino de Santiago requires stamina, endurance and physical fitness. You need to be able to hike/walk for 7-9 hours each day. The Portuguese route has the most scenic and beautiful views. Dinners were average, but the last dinner in Santiago de Compostela at Ghalpon 2.0 was so delicious as it's Michelin recommended.Show moreTrip date: June 2023Review collected by Cosmos
