Asked on May 27th, 2025I am a student from Almaty International School and I am helping my school to plan a trip to Azerbaijan. I have a several question to ask: 1. When we will arrive to Baku will you provide transfer? 2. Will your company check us in into hotels? 3. The amount of students might be bigger than 12, somewhere approximately 20-25 students and 3 adults. Would you be able to accommodate that amount of students? If necessary we are willing to pay for 2 or more guides

Asked on October 6th, 2024Things that I want to check with the tour: 1) Hotel name for the stays included and whether we can choose our own 2) Instead of 7 days can we not skip the day 6 and end the trip on 6th day itself? 3) On Third day the lunch is included so would it be vegetarian meal? We are vegetarians so would need veg meal and breakfast

We included below hotels: Grand Hotel Baku Central Park - 4 star hotel, near downtown Auroom Hotel Baku - 2.5 km far from city - prestigious location. You can choose your hotel, we will see it's pricing. If it is equal to our budget we are ok. If not we will inform you and then we can adjust the pricing. Yes, we can finish on 6th day. Vegetarian option is available. Hotel breakfasts not so designer for vegeterian selection. However we can consult with hotels. And it is possible to customize the tour.
