In every way they were superb from the initial enquiries back in 2019 when we had to cancel for personal reasons and the COVID situation. Lesia replied to our enquiries very promptly and clearly. Once in Nepal everything went very smoothly. All transportation from the moment we arrived right through transport to Bardia and then on to Pokhara were flawlessly arranged. Swotah had chosen a good lodge in the park, with an outstanding guide, helpful and friendly staff and great food (the chicken curry was outstanding). Being able to discuss our plans with Ajayi the evening we arrived was so hopeful. Thanks are due, too, to Responsible Travel for suggesting Swotah.
