Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
You'll touch down at Tribhuvan International Airport where someone from the company will be waiting to pick you up and take you to your hotel. Later in the evening, you can meet the other people on your trek and get to know the trek team.

- Day 2
Kathmandu City Tour
After breakfast, you'll check out Kathmandu's four UNESCO World Heritage sites. Start at Pashupatinath Temple where you can watch the Hindu cremation rituals happening along the Bagmati River. Then head to Boudhanath Stupa to see its massive white hemispherical dome and spin the prayer wheels. Kathmandu Durbar Square comes next with its ancient pagodas and the Living Goddess at Kumari Chowk. Finish at Swayambhunath on a hilltop where you'll climb over 350 stone steps for valley views.

Kathmandu to Beshisahar
You'll drive along the Kathmandu-Pokhara Highway to Dumre, then take a narrow paved road that follows the Marshyangdi River down to Beshisahar, the main town in Lamjung district. Along the way you'll see mountain peaks, nice countryside, and watch local people going about their daily routines.

- Day 4
Beshisahar to Bahundanda
The morning trek follows a flat path along the Marshyangdi River where you can take in the scenery and see how the local Gurung community lives. After lunch, the trail gets steep and climbs for roughly 2 hours until you reach Bahundanda, where snow-capped mountains surround you on all sides.

- Day 5
Bahundanda to Jagat
You'll head down steeply for about 30 minutes, then walk through rice terraces on flat ground and cross a stream below a waterfall. The path climbs back up along the hillside above the river to Lali Gaon. From there you continue through Syange at 1100m where there's a nice waterfall, then trek steeply along a narrow path cut into the cliff face 200 to 300 meters above the river. Eventually you descend to Jagat, a stone village at 1330m that sits on a shelf overlooking the dramatic Marshyangdi valley.

Landmarks/POIs Syange - Day 6
Jagat to Dharapani
Start by descending to the river and crossing a suspension bridge, then climb steeply to Sattale at 1550m. You'll continue on an undulating path high above the river, then zigzag up to Tal at 1700m where there are waterfalls to see. Pass through Karte village at 1900m and walk more cliff sections, cross another suspension bridge, and reach Dharapani at 1960m which has a stone Mani marker.

Landmarks/POIs Tal - Day 7
Dharapani to Chame
The day involves climbing through forests of pine and oak, passing through Danaque at 2210m. You'll cross a small wooden bridge on a steep path up to Timang at the base of Lamajung Himal. After that, the trail levels out until you reach Chame, the administrative center of Manang district where you'll find government offices, shops, and hotels.

Chame to Pisang
Morning trekking brings views of Lamjung Himal at 6893m in the morning light. You'll walk through fir and pine forest and climb through rocky high terrain as the opposite riverbank turns into an impassable cliff. The valley gets extremely steep-sided as you reach Bhratang at 2950m. Pine forest continues and the valley opens into a U-shape with views of Annapurna II's east peak and Pisang Peak at 6091m. You'll finish at Pisang village marked by a long Mani wall and bridge.

Pisang to Manang
Beyond Pisang, you'll climb a steep ridge with good views of the Manang valley and Tilicho peak at 7145m. After descending past Manang's airstrip at Hungde at 3320m, you reach level terrain where Annapurna III's northeast face rises dramatically. From Sabje Khola Valley's wide plains, Annapurna IV at 7525m comes into view. Cross the Marshyangdi Khola using a wooden bridge to the small village of Mungji, then make a short steep climb up to Manang, a surprisingly large village for such a remote mountain location.

Manang Rest and Acclimatization Day
This is a rest and acclimatization day before crossing Thorong La. You have options for optional walks like crossing the river to see the massive icefall from the Annapurnas, climbing above the village for panoramic views of the Annapurna range and Manang Valley, or visiting Ganagapurna Glacier Lake to make the rest day feel meaningful.

Manang to Thorong La Phedi
You'll trek through the right side of the valley at first, cross a suspension bridge, then continue on the left side up to Thorong La Phedi at 4450m. Once you reach the hotel, walk up to the high camp for more acclimatization and enjoy great views from this elevated position.

- Day 12
Thorong La Pass Crossing to Muktinath
This is the most difficult and important day of your trek. You'll start very early in the morning to cross Thorong La pass at 5416m before the strong winds kick in during the day. The crossing takes about 7 to 8 hours and shows you dramatic views of snow-covered mountains and the Kali Gandaki valley below along with the brown and purple hills of Mustang. After the pass, the terrain changes from moraines to grassy slopes for a pleasant walk through Jhong Khola Valley down to Muktinath with its shrines and temples.

Muktinath to Jomsom
You'll begin descending down the dramatic Kali Gandaki Gorge through dry terrain that feels similar to Tibet. Pass through Jharkot and Khingar villages with typical Tibetan style buildings. Follow the valley floor most of the way to Jomsom, the administrative headquarters of Mustang district. In the afternoon, visit the Mustang Eco-Museum.

Jomsom to Pokhara by Flight
Take a short scenic flight from Jomsom back to Pokhara. After settling in at your hotel, you'll go sightseeing at Davis Fall and Gupteshowar Mahadev. Then head to Peace Pagoda Stupa where you can see views of Annapurna ranges, Pokhara valley, and Phewa Lake. In the evening, you'll go boating on Phewa Lake and visit Tal Barahai Temple.

Pokhara to Kathmandu
After time in Pokhara, take a tourist bus back to Kathmandu. In the evening, go shopping in Thamel to pick up souvenirs for friends and family. Finish with a farewell dinner at an authentic Nepalese restaurant that includes a cultural performance.

Departure from Kathmandu
