- Brenda· November 21st, 2024The tour was amazing visiting the various places we were taken too. The guides we had were good, knowledgeable but the hotels were a bit hit and miss. It was good to have your own designated driver with your guide to get to places and be picked up. The only aspect which was a bit disappointing on the Itinerary received it said the Domestic Flights were included, that was one of the reasons I went for it. We knew we had to buy the International flights but apparently it was an error their end and shouldn’t off been included. Overall, it’s a great tour if you don’t want to plan independently.Show more

It was enjoyable to experience 3-day trek across the northern region if Sapa and eat the beautiful food provided for breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, the reason I gave 3 starts is because there are some areas a for improvement: providing a detailed daily schedule so the customer does not need to ask the operator for important information, adjusting activities based on the season, and enhancing guides' English proficiency so as a customer you can get a better insight of the extraordinary uniqueness of the region and their people. Overall, it was a great experience and the two homestays with warm and friendly families were priceless ♥️Show more
- Thomas· November 8th, 2023Amazing trip. Even with multiple flight cancellations, Cathy found ways to get me out to Sapa and then back to Hanoi. My guide Chay got me up and down the mountain safely and quickly despite the intense rain which made the trek even more rewarding. I definitely recommend this trip.Show more

Asked on May 16th, 2023We are considering a 2.5-3 week trip to SE Asia in January of 2024. Can you let me know if this trip is available in January? Too, although this Itinerary looks really nice, I'm concerned about the Elephant Camp and Rides - we do not wish to participate in any excursions that exploit animals. Is there an option to visit an Elephant Sanctuary instead of the Camp and Rides?

Regarding the Elephant Camp and Rides. It's optional to Enjoy an elephant ride at $35 nett p.p. It's not compulsory. If you not like to ride the elephant you can see and visit The Elephant farm only. Or we can change to the other places as below: Option 1: Dive and Swimming At The Grand Canyon Option 2: Walk In The Doi Suthep National Park.
