Itinerary
- Day 1
Kathmandu
You'll land at Kathmandu Airport where your tour representative meets you for the transfer to your hotel. There's a briefing scheduled covering the Annapurna Base Camp trek itinerary, what to expect safety-wise, and how to prepare. If you have time before evening, you can walk around Thamel's shops or head over to Durbar Square to get a feel for the city.

Landmarks/POIs Durbar Square Thamel - Day 2
Pokhara to Chhomrong
A 30-minute flight takes you from Kathmandu to Pokhara with great views of Annapurna and Machapuchare peaks along the way. From there, you'll drive about 26 miles to Nayapul and start trekking, covering roughly 7 miles to Chhomrong. The path goes through terraced fields and traditional Gurung villages as it climbs to 2,170 meters/7,120 feet, and you'll see panoramic mountain views the whole time.

Landmarks/POIs Annapurna Machapuchare - Day 3
Chhomrong to Himalaya
This trek from Chhomrong to Himalaya takes about 6 to 7 hours and covers roughly 6 miles while you gain significant elevation. The trail first descends to the Chhomrong Khola river, then climbs steeply through dense rhododendron and bamboo forest. You'll pass through Sinuwa and Bamboo villages before reaching 2,920 meters/9,580 feet where the air gets noticeably cooler.

Himalaya to Annapurna Base Camp
Today you'll trek the final 5 miles to Annapurna Base Camp, the main goal of your journey, over 6 to 7 hours. The route goes through Deurali and Machapuchare Base Camp with views of Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Machapuchare surrounding you. Once you reach ABC at 4,210 meters/13,810 feet, you'll have 360-degree views of snow-covered peaks and the landscape spreads out all around you.

Annapurna Base Camp to Bamboo
You'll descend about 6 miles from Annapurna Base Camp back to Bamboo over 5 to 6 hours, retracing your route. Going down gives you a different feel for the terrain compared to the climb up. You'll pass through alpine meadows and rhododendron forests as the altitude decreases and the scenery gets greener. Bamboo sits at 2,310 meters/7,580 feet where you'll spend the night.

- Day 6
Bamboo to Jhinu Danda
The trek from Bamboo to Jhinu Danda covers about 5 miles over 5 to 6 hours with ups and downs along the way. You'll pass through Chhomrong again before descending to Jhinu Danda, which is known for its natural hot springs. After several days of trekking, a soak in the warm waters by the Modi River is exactly what you need to relax and recover.

Landmarks/POIs Modi River - Day 7
Jhinu Danda to Kathmandu
An easy 2-mile trek in the morning takes you from Jhinu Danda to Birethanti, wrapping up the trekking portion. After that, you'll drive about 25 miles back to Pokhara for a brief rest before flying back to Kathmandu. By evening, there's a farewell dinner at a traditional Nepali restaurant where you can reflect on the trek and all the mountain views you've seen.

Kathmandu Departure
Following breakfast, you'll get ready to leave from Kathmandu Airport based on your flight time. Depending on when you depart, there might be time for some last-minute shopping or a quick visit to landmarks around Kathmandu. You'll head to the airport carrying memories of the trek, the incredible landscapes, and the cultural experiences from Nepal.
