Itinerary
- Day 1
Hanoi
You'll land at Noi Bai International Airport and get transferred to your Hanoi hotel to settle in. Later around 5:30 PM, a guided street food walking tour starts in the Old Quarter where you'll wander through alleyways sampling local dishes like pho, banh cuon, and that famous egg coffee. The tour wraps up at Hoan Kiem Lake with directions back to where you're staying.

- Day 2
Hanoi to Sapa
An early departure from Hanoi means a 6-hour drive to Sapa with a couple of stops in Lao Cai for breaks. Once you arrive, there's a welcome drink and lunch with local Vietnamese food waiting. Then you head out on a guided trek to Cat Cat village at Fansipan Peak's base, home to Black Hmong people. The hike goes about 2.5 km downhill to a waterfall with an old French Hydraulic Power Station nearby, then back uphill to return. Dinner and your hotel are in Sapa for the night.

Sapa to Hanoi
After breakfast, you'll pack light and drive to Y Linh Ho to start trekking through rice terraces alongside Muong Hoa Stream toward Lao Chai, a Black Hmong village with views of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. From there it's on to Ta Van village where Dzay ethnic people live. This 9 km trek takes most of the day, and then a driver picks you up for the return to Hanoi, getting you back in the evening.

Hanoi to Ha Long Bay
Following breakfast, you'll drive to Tuan Chau Harbor and board a day-sleeper cruise into Ha Long Bay. After a safety briefing, the boat passes through the bay with its distinctive limestone islets named after things like Cock Fighting and Thumb. You'll visit Surprising Cave to see the stalagmites and stalactites, then kayak or take a bamboo boat through Luon Cave's lagoon. Titov Island lets you climb Titov Peak for views across the water. The return to harbor means another drive back to Hanoi.

Hanoi Departure
Breakfast happens at your hotel and then you have the day to yourself until departure. A driver will pick you up and take you to the airport for your flight home.
