All my friends age below 55 and I am 62, this is a extremelly very taft, dificall and very challenging hike and the most dificult hike we have ever exprience due to the Elevation, Distance, Weather, lenght of the duration of the hike, fisical condition, etc. One of The importan key beside our fisical and mental preparation befor hiking for the succes of this hike is Team and the Very good Tracking company who guide us, The Nepal Hiking Trek Has a verry profesional team, exprience, very well organize from beginning until the end and the owner Mr Hari and the Team have lead us with their passion, care and attention since first day till end. These include the Annapurna Circuit, Upper Mustang, Langtang and Everest Base Camp treks. Hari is highly knowledgeable of the trails, accommodations and local culture. He is amiable and speaks fluent English. Hari works with a network of experienced porters, guides and drivers. All you have to do is walk and enjoy the beauty of Nepal. I can spend time here recommending the incredible Everest Base Camp trek, but that would be belaboring the obvious.
