Itinerary
- Day 1
Arrival in Cairo
You'll land at Cairo International Airport where a representative meets you to help with customs and bags. A private air-conditioned car takes you to your 5-star hotel in central Cairo. After checking in, you can either take a walk around the neighborhood or rest in your room depending on when you arrive. Later in the evening, head down to the hotel for a welcome drink where your guide fills you in on what's coming up over the next few days.

- Day 2
Giza and Saqqarah
Start with breakfast at the hotel, then meet your private Egyptologist guide for the full day. You'll head to the Great Pyramids of Giza, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, and see the Sphinx up close. Your guide explains how they were built and talks about the mysteries surrounding them. From there, you travel to Saqqarah to see the Step Pyramid of King Djoser, which is the world's first monumental stone structure. You'll learn about the ancient tombs and hieroglyphics before grabbing lunch at a local restaurant and heading back to your hotel.

Islamic and Coptic Cairo
After breakfast, your private Egyptologist guide takes you through Cairo's spiritual heart for a cultural exploration. You'll check out the Citadel of Saladin and the elegant Mohamed Ali Alabaster Mosque. Then it's through the vibrant Khan El Khalili Bazaar where you see colorful crafts, aromatic spices, and traditional cafes. Next, you head to Coptic Cairo to see the historic Hanging Church and Church of St. Sergius, two of the oldest Christian sites in the world. Lunch is included at a local restaurant, and then you return to your hotel for the evening.

Departure from Cairo
You'll have a relaxed breakfast at your hotel and enjoy your last time in Cairo. Depending on your flight time, you might have some free time to rest, pack, or take a short walk. When it's time, your private driver and representative pick you up for the transfer to Cairo International Airport. They help with your luggage and check-in so you can leave without any stress.
