The visits to the volcano area, cloud forest and then the beach were perfect for a good overview of that part of the country. Carlos our tour guide was the icing on the cake. - ALinda· June 5th, 2025Al and Carlos are the best. Al could drive us anywhere. He is so experienced you need to give him a raise. Don't say much but always very courteous. Carlos was excellent. Always kept us informed of times and where we should be to be on time. You should not use anyone else for your tours to Costa Rica. He seems to know everyone and all about his country. Learned a lot from him. I am telling everyone to checkout Collette. I have done several tours with you guys and the hotels are always spectacular along with the meals you include. - AKathleen· June 5th, 2025All tours were excellent choices--coffee plantation, farm with dinner, bridge walk in the forest and especially the ocean cruise and swim. Wildlife sightings were delightful on the river cruise. All the accommodations were fine (food, beds, and rooms) were more than adequate. However. The second last location was a bit challenging for our age group. The paths were almost dangerous and finding our way around after dark was more than I could appreciate. Bus was comfortable and the driving superb. Carlos was fantastic-- appreciated his wide knowledge and expertise of flora and fauna. Thought the individual tour leaders were excellent, especially on coffee, farm, and ocean tours. Need to place their tip jars more prominently.
