- JMJuan· June 15th, 2025It was definitely an amazing tour! Since we arrived to the airport, the transportation to the hotels, to the islands, everything went smoothly and the communication with the individuals in charge at every stop was very good. I would definitely recommend this tour to families and couples looking to experience an amazing time in Athens and its surrounding islands!Show moreTrip date: May 2025
- HNHamid· May 21st, 2025Overall experience i give it 5 stars. Was picked up at the airport promptly. Was disappointed with the hotel Athens lodge. The view was a storage room of a horse. Very filthy. First night at 430am they started construction work. Didn't sleep. Afterwards, the journey to Myconos was an experience on a jet ship. Stayed at Rheina Hotel. What a beautiful hotel we had or own cottage. The facility was beautiful, clean. The owner and family of the hotel were very welcoming. I felt at home. Myconos is such a beautiful island will definitely virus againShow moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewHello Hamid, Thank you for your feedback! We're happy you had a great time in Mykonos and loved the hotel there. We'll take your note about the Athens hotel into account for future improvements. Best, Dilimar – Travel ZoneTrip date: May 2025
- GMGregory· May 17th, 2025This was a great tour in Athens, Mykonos and Santorini. The transfers were all punctual. The guides for the tours were all informative. The hotels were nice and in good locations, as well as welcoming. We enjoyed having the free time to explore on our own. We had a great time and would highly recommend the tour.Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewHello Gregory, Thank you for your lovely review! - SCSRABANI· November 1st, 2024All good except that someone offboarded a luggage of ours at Mykonos port on our way back from Santorini to Athens in a Seajet fast ferry. The person who mistakenly took it returned it back to the port authorities. However it couldn't be returned to us as we were due to fly back the next day. Here we come back home to Sydney with a luggage piece full of dress and travel accessories missing. Don't know how and when it will be shipped back. The ferry operators in Greece who insist that luggage be kept in the luggage bay should enforce a tagging system so that people don't walk aways with another person's luggage.Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewHi Srabani, Thank you for letting us know about this and sharing your experience. - RWRobin· October 7th, 2024Great tour to celebrate my birthday. Dilimar (Athens) & Jenny (Mykonos) were great - booking additional hotel rooms, all the transportation, additional tours and providing recommendations on things to do and where to eat. All transportation & tours were on time. The hotels in Mykonos and Santorini were great. Would be nice to have a hotel option in Santorini for Fira or Oia. Presidents Hotel in Athens was nice, however far away from sights. Train station was in close walking distance. No place to sit on the rooftop unless you buy something at the restaurant or pay for a lounge chair at the pool. This is not a resort & should not have to pay for a chair and you’re told to leave at 7 pm when the pool closes. The tour of Mykonos was a waste of time and there’s no need to visit Paradise beach. Athens and Santorini tours were well organized & informative.Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewHi Sharon, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. - SKSharon· October 1st, 2024This tour was excellent! The tour representatives Dilimar (Athens) & Jenny (Mykonos) were incredibly helpful. Extra hotel nights & tours were arranged, and information on restaurants & sights were given. Hotels were really nice, and all transfers were on time. Loved the hotel in Mykonos, close to the beach & bus. Tour of Mykonos was the only negative, feel that it was unnecessary, & definitely did not need to go to Paradise beach. Would be better off offering a tour to Delos, which Jenny arranged for us & we loved it. Tour of Athens & Santorini were both great.Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewHi Sharon, Thank you so much for your fantastic review and your kinds words! - Sherry· September 19th, 2024The tour guides and transportation between islands were 10/10. The hotel options leave much to be desired, especially after requesting an upgrades. I was very disappointed with the upgraded room in Santorini and checked out immediately and booked elsewhere. The "4-star" hotel was dingy, pool with 80 year old grandma sporting a thong (not joking), housekeeping mopping tile floor during buffet breakfast, shower in room with peeling paint, airplanes flying overhead constantly not to mention the off the beaten path location. We ended up at the Volcano View Hotel which was the highlight of hotel stay and would recommend to anyone.Show moreTravel Zone commented on this reviewHi Sherry, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience. Asked on December 26th, 2024My client enjoys the outdoors, walking, kayaking. However, she has bad knees and can't handle uneven ground, cobblestones, uphill, and staircases very well. Given the nature of Greece's terrain, can she manage going on this tour? Or do you have any accessible tours?
- Travel ZoneOperator•Written December 2024
Based on her needs, our Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini semi-guided tour might be a suitable option. Athens: The tour includes a visit to the Acropolis, which involves walking uphill and navigating uneven ground. While this may be a challenge for her knees, we can recommend pacing the visit or considering alternative viewpoints nearby for an overview of the site. Mykonos & Santorini: These tours involve minimal walking and no strenuous activities. The itineraries are designed to allow ample time for relaxation and enjoyment of the scenic spots.

Traveler•Written December 20241) The sleeping accommodations are for a shared room for two people correct? 2) Where can i find potential additional activities or excursions that can be added? Can she choose before the trip or does she choose while on her trip? One thing she was interested in was kayaking maybe while on one of the islands. 3) Is there a welcome orientation on Day 1 in Athens? 4) What is the average age group for a tour like this? I think since she's a solo traveler, being able to make new friends on the trip will be fun for her. 5) I see a wine tasting on Day 7 in Santorini, she is not interested in drinking during this trip. Is there an alternative to the wine tasting such as olive oil or maybe Alcohol free beverages? 6) The accommodations are said to be either 3 or 4 star, but are there specific places / names of the hotels? 7) Lastly, I believe Dilimar was referring to this specific tour in his recommendation, but I wanted to confirm once again. My client loves to walk but has a hard time on uneven surfaces, large staircases or hilly terrain. I wanted to make sure she won't have a problem or alternatives can be provided for her for this tour.
- Travel ZoneOperator•Written December 2024
Our packages only include shared accommodations for friends or family members traveling together. If your client is traveling solo, she will need to book a private room, which requires an additional single supplement. Additional activities or excursions can usually be added both before the trip or while on the trip, depending on availability. This tour is ideal for independent travelers of all ages, but typically participants range from mid-30s to mid-60s. If your client prefers not to participate in the wine tasting, we can arrange an alternative tour, or sampling non-alcoholic beverages. The only part of the tour that involves a significant amount of walking is the visit to the Acropolis of Athens, as it is located on a hill. However, this is manageable for most travelers who can walk at a steady pace.

Asked on November 11th, 2024Could you kindly share more details about the bed size in the Double Premium rooms? Also, would they still be able to use the airport transfers if they arrive a day earlier? And how long is the ferry ride?
- Travel ZoneOperator•Written November 2024
In Greece, 4-star hotels typically offer bed sizes that align with European standards. These often have a double bed around 140–160 cm wide and 200 cm long. Queen beds are also common, usually about 160 cm wide and 200 cm long. If you arrive early, the airport transfers are still included, and we can offer pre-accommodation in Athens in the same hotel. The ferry ticket from Piraeus to Mykonos takes approximately 5 hours, from Mykonos to Santorini takes 3 hours, and from Santorini to Piraeus takes 8 hours.
