- HRHuguette· September 25th, 2023What can I say, the tour was fine until you have a problem. Janis guide information in German & then English seemed thorough. Most of the guests were punctual to return to bus, but there is always one that keeps you waiting. My problem was my luggage was left behind. Janis (guide) did help & it was courier to me. 26hrs later relief. May I suggest that anyone going on any tour pay close attention to there bag going on the bus.
