I did Italy on my home last year and was a lot easier to know beforehand what hotel you are going to. It’s not hard to do a tour like this on your own and will save you a lot of money. The hotels definitely are NOT 4 star hotels - more like 2 star hotels. Small, dinghy rooms with terrible beds/pillows and awful breakfasts. Second time booking with Wingbuddy and hotels were terrible for both trips. Could you clarify the difference between 'see' and 'visit' in the itinerary? Can travelers request early check-in for a fee and specify a room with two twin beds in a quiet location?

Optional tours are available however, we do not offer them. You can either book these ahead of time online on your own or you can book them at destination through the assistance of your hotel reception. This package does not involve much walking at all. We include a half day walking tour in each city which is at a very light pace. We do indeed include the Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna. A visit generally entails an entrance whereas 'see' entails passing by however, no entrance included. For the early check in, we can add the cost of 1 additional night pre-tour to allow for them to enjoy their room as soon as they arrive. We can also make sure to have 2 twin beds in each room however we can put a note for their preference of a quiet room but can not guarantee this as it is based on availability.

If you are looking to book over 10 passengers, you do have the option to do a private tour however, additional fees would apply, otherwise, you can also join our existing group as well.

We will provide transportation between the hotels and train stations, therefore, the driver can assist you with storing it in the car however, once you arrive at the train station, it would be your responsibility to take it in and off the train as well.
