- Day 1Ho Chi Minh CityYou'll meet the group at Liberty Central Riverside Hotel restaurant sometime between 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. for lunch. After that, you're heading on a city tour where you'll check out the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Saigon Central Post Office. Then it's off to Cholon to walk through the busy Chinese market and visit Thien Hau Temple. By evening you'll board your ship, settle into your cabin, and enjoy a welcome cocktail with the crew before dinner. - Meals

- Day 3Cho Gao Canal - My Tho - Vinh LongYou're cruising through the Cho Gao Canal this morning, watching daily life unfold with fishing, farming, and local transport. In My Tho, you'll visit a bee farm and try honey tea with exotic fruit, then take a sampan ride through mangrove-lined waterways. After lunch onboard, you head to Vinh Long in the Mekong Delta to see a brick and pottery factory, a fruit-tree nursery, and learn about rice products and rice alcohol production. You'll sleep on the ship again. - Meals

Lunch is served onboard as you travel toward Phnom Penh, arriving in the evening. You'll take a quick tuk-tuk tour of the city before heading back to the ship for dinner and an overnight stay in port. - Meals

You'll have free time at the market, then return to the ship for an evening of classical Khmer dancing and music. Dinner is onboard, and the rest of the night is yours to relax. - Meals

Then comes something different: you'll travel through the village in ox carts along a small road through rice fields to reach the pagoda. The ship stays anchored overnight. - Meals

After lunch onboard, you cruise to Tonle Sap Lake, Southeast Asia's largest freshwater lake. After lunch in the city, you stop at Senteurs d'Angkor to browse locally-made silk, carvings, beauty products, and spices. Then you tour a silk farm to learn how the complex silk production process works. You'll end the day experiencing Phare, the Cambodian circus, before returning to the hotel. - Meals

Lunch happens at the hotel, and you depart around 2:00 p.m., so make sure not to book your flight before 5:00 p.m. - Meals
