Ho Chi Minh City
Meet up at Liberty Central Riverside Hotel and grab lunch before heading out to see Ho Chi Minh City's key spots. You'll check out Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Saigon Central Post Office. After that, it's over to Cholon where you can walk through the busy market and visit Thien Hau temple. Later in the afternoon you'll board your cruise ship, get settled into your cabin, and have a welcome cocktail with the crew to kick things off.

Ho Chi Minh City to Cho Gao Canal
This day gives you options depending on what interests you. Either spend free time on the ship or take an excursion to the Cu Chi tunnels, which is this extensive underground network left from the Vietnam War era. If you do the tunnel trip, you'll head back for lunch at the museum of Vietnamese History, then the ship heads toward the scenic Cho Gao Canal for the rest of the day.

Phnom Penh
