Due to limited luggage space in vehicles, suitcases are unsuitable for scheduled road safaris. We recommend luggage packed in inexpensive barrel/sausage bags or soft sided bags not exceeding 15kgs and 65x46 cm. Excess luggage can be left with the hotel concierge for passengers returning to the hotel or handed over to the representative at time of briefing for storage in Mombasa. Additional costs of USD 40.00 NETT per booking will apply if clients would like Pollmans Tours and Safaris to handle excess luggage until your return to Mombasa from the safari.

Payment information
- For any tour departing before November 28th, 2025 a full payment is necessary. For tours departing after November 28th, 2025, a minimum payment of 20% is required to confirm your booking with Prime Safaris. The final payment will be automatically charged to your credit card on the designated due date. The final payment of the remaining balance is required at least 60 days prior to the departure date of your tour. TourRadar never charges you a booking fee and will charge you in the stated currency.
- Some departure dates and prices may vary and Prime Safaris will contact you with any discrepancies before your booking is confirmed.
