- Chiniel· September 22nd, 2025We modified the itinerary to have additional days in the Serengeti and Bernard was very helpful in organising the new itinerary. They were quick to reply and made sure we had everything we needed. Bernard kept in contact leading up to the tour and was very helpful with any questions. There was an included airport pick up and drop off in the tour. We had an included Arusha city tour the morning before we flew out. The campsites in the Serengeti are very basic and not necessarily well maintained but the tents and camping equipment provided by the company were good. Free WiFi was also provided on the tour. Our driver Richard from Mashindiko tours was amazing! He did everything he could to ensure we saw as much as possible. He really made the tour one to remember!Show more
