- ASandy Gardinier· May 8th, 2025Hello Anamaria, A few of us are back in Split for one more night in beautiful Croatia! Our cruise ended a little unexpectedly with high seas and sporadic rain. Captain Frane did a fabulous job! He handles that beautiful boat like the smoothest sailor. We all appreciated his sense of caution and could see the seas becoming more turbulent. He spoke to us, so sincerely, from his heart. We trusted him and knew safety was his first priority. Some of us found secluded beaches to swim. Others took walks. We definitely did some “damage“ to one of the ladies clothing stores in.Trestinek! Not to mention our efforts to deplete the Grgich winery of their finest wines! No complaints there! The crew was wonderful! Maria, the cruise director on board, worked doubly hard, making many adjustments. She was fabulous! We loved her attention to detail, kind words, sense of humor and thoroughness! There were many compliments about the Katarina Line. It was very special for all of us. And now, one last dinner in Split. It was a treat, and a pleasure to see you and your mother. Thank you again, for making that happen under difficult circumstances. I am looking forward to reliving many memories with the Farms Rhapsody Cruisers and spreading the word about Katarina Line cruises, too.
