Flora· February 25th, 2020I booked a 3-day tour of the north. I was very disappointed to find that Ben Harim had put me in an isolated rural hotel on a kibbutz with no other guests. Hallways were dark and unlit. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe as a lone female traveler. They should have given guests the option to stay in downtown Nazareth just 15 minutes away. To improve my experience, I booked another hotel - on my own dime - in downtown Nazareth and checked out of the Nof Tavor. Ben Harim refused to accomodate me in the slightest possible way the next day, saying I would need to take cabs to and from the Nof Tavor, even though they were passing right through Nazareth again. I spoke to them the day I first checked into the hotel to inform them of my experience of it and they were indifferent and rude. Then on top of that, they refused to refund me for the second night that I didn't stay at the hotel. They also took us to a overrun exclusively tourist restaurant in Galilee that wasn't good at all - overpriced and poor quality. We would have had a better experience spending more time in Nazareth in the morning.Show more

Asked on April 16th, 2025I don't have a visa and I think you can assist me to get the invitation letter or some documents to apply for the tourist visa. I'm ready to pay for the tour and the accommodation but since I don't have the visa now, I am a little bit confused about the payment.

The only meal included is the breakfast that comes with the overnight booking. Lunch can be purchased during the lunch break on the tours, and for dinner you can either eat in a Café near the Nof Tavor kibbutz hotel, or catch a taxi to Nazareth. Yes, it is possible to book 2 double and 1 single rooms.

If you do not have mobility issues and can keep with the group pace, I do not see any reason to not accept your booking, if you wish to book the package.
