So badly that my driver would only say that since we were Americans we didn’t know what we were doing. He decided to spare me the details but I could tell whatever was said was not pleasant at all. Secondly, crew were stoic and not warm at all. Not helpful and I felt like everyone avoided the English speaking guests. Thirdly, the food was mediocre at best. The gala dinner that was supposed to be the most extravagant , main dish was mushy and not warm. Booked Croisi Europe because my last cruise was perfect in every way, hoping at least we would have a good time. Gravely disappointed. Never again will I book another cruise with Croisi EuropeShow more
