We are a group of 10 people, and would like to know what kind of tour packages you provide, including stay options or day packages? Would be helpful if you could some cost and details of your packages.

A few questions: 2 nights - check in on the 20th and check out on the 22nd of September 2025? 10 adults - 5 double/twin rooms? What level of hotel (3-star, 4-star, 5-star)? Is the Oktoberfest your main focus of your 2 days there, or you would like to have some tours or excursions? Do you have an approx. budget per person for this package?

Day 1
Munich
You'll arrive in Munich whenever works for you, though your room won't be ready until 3pm. If you get there early, drop your luggage in the luggage room and start wandering around right away. The whole day is yours to explore the city and check out Oktoberfest, where the tents open from 10am until 10:30pm serving beer and food. If you're arriving on opening Friday (September 15th), there's an optional guided walking tour at 10am that hits the Frauenkirche, Glockenspiel, Hofbräuhaus, and old town spots. You can also choose a bike tour instead if that sounds better.

Breakfast comes with your booking. You've got the full day and evening to spend however you like at Oktoberfest. If the festival isn't for you, there are other options worth considering: visit the Dachau concentration camp and memorial, take a bike tour through the city to learn its history and stop at one of the world's largest beer gardens, check out Munich's museums, or book a day trip to Neuschwanstein Castle (the castle that inspired Disney's design). These can all be booked ahead of time.

  12 adults on triple sharing basis, so, 4 rooms. 3 star, base category. Oktoberfest is our main priority, we are not looking to explore Munich. We are interested in witnessing the fest parades, reservations in the popular tents, taking the rides, etc. Focus is on the fest itself.

  Are you flexible on dates? We recommend arriving on the Sunday (the 21st) or Monday (the 22nd) as weekends are the absolute peak of the festival and so busy that it's typically impossible to get into a tent without getting to the festival before 8am, or having extremely good luck. Table reservations are not available on a Saturday.

  We are all adults. If there is a triple, is it less expensive? We are all over 60 and will definitely NOT want to be in a hostel. We would be arriving Wed, Oct 1. We want to do the festival on Thurs, Neust Castle on Fri, and leave Sat.

  Yes, a triple generally can be just a bit cheaper per person. So you'd be interested in one triple room only, or there are 5 of you in total so one triple, and one twin/double? It is possible to offer a 3 night package from Wednesday to Saturday that also includes a trip and tour to Neuschwanstein castle on that Friday. Lastly, what type of hotel level are you interested in (3-star, 4-star, etc)?
