Pre and Post accommodation.VFS Global are the worst agency ever. If you send an email you get an auto reply saying the will contact 2 day after inquiry when they do respond they do not answer question but instead ask another question. Another 2 days wasted. Their phone inquired service is automated and directs to the useless email service.I lost everything and on contacting travel insurer was told that since I did not get a visa lnsurance did not cover that situation So complete loss.
