Whitehorse
Your guide will meet you at Whitehorse airport and take you to the hotel. The afternoon is yours to walk around town and handle any shopping you need to do before things get going. Later in the evening, everyone gathers together so the guide can walk through the itinerary and answer questions.

- Day 2
Whitehorse to Mayo to Clarke Lakes
You'll travel about 400km north from Whitehorse to Mayo, one of Yukon's oldest settlements. This is a place where hunting and trapping are still part of how people live. From Mayo, you board a chartered float plane with all your gear and fly out to Clarke Lakes. Once you land, you'll set up camp and spend your first night by the campfire in the Yukon backcountry.

Beaver River Canoe Expedition
Paddling starts as you work down a chain of smaller lakes connected by creeks heading toward the Beaver River. You'll navigate through branching channels and navigate around fallen trees, staying alert for moose and other wildlife. When you reach the main Beaver River, the current picks up and you'll paddle through a broad mountain valley with some great fishing spots. Each night you camp on lake shores.

Stewart River Expedition
The Stewart River comes into view as you join it and paddle through the fast-moving upper section. High mountains line the valley around you. Along the way, you'll pass remote trapper cabins, homesteads, and Northern Tutchone camps. Later in this stretch, you'll encounter rapids and falls, so you'll need to portage around class 2-3 whitewater and Fraser Falls. This section sees few paddlers and offers solid paddling for experienced kayakers.

Landmarks/POIs Stewart River Fraser Falls - Day 14
Stewart River to Mayo to Whitehorse
A short final paddle on the lower Stewart River brings you back to Mayo. A van meets you there and drives you back to Whitehorse. First thing is a hot shower, then you can head out for dinner and explore the town. If you're continuing with the Explore Remote Valleys program, you can arrange a transfer to Dawson City from here.

Whitehorse Departure
Ruby Range Adventure arranges your transfer to the airport for departure, or to Dawson City if you're joining a connecting program. All tour services wrap up at this point.
