When you reach the main Beaver River, the current picks up and you'll paddle through a broad mountain valley with some great fishing spots. Each night you camp on lake shores.

Along the way, you'll pass remote trapper cabins, homesteads, and Northern Tutchone camps. Later in this stretch, you'll encounter rapids and falls, so you'll need to portage around class 2-3 whitewater and Fraser Falls. This section sees few paddlers and offers solid paddling for experienced kayakers.
