Asked on January 5th, 2023This 32 day trip through Seth America is exactly what my wife and I are interested in. However, how strict do tge target groups apply ? My wife is 53 & I am 54 but we have done plenty of backpacking over the years, camping, overland tours, etc and we'd much prefer this type of tour than a luxury stay fast paced private trip that doesn't really show you the true Seth America. We are also very easy going, relaxed and mix well with all types of people across all age groups.

Unfortunately, this tour does have a strict age restriction of 29 years old. This is because the tour is marketed to 18-29 year olds and they book this tour expecting to be travelling with young travelers. This tour also includes dorm stays and is a budget tour.

You can do the train versus the trek which day 6-7 will be two extra nights in Cusco before traveling by bus back through Ollantaytambo. From here you will take a train through the Urubamba Valley to the town of Aguas Calientes where you'll spend night 8. However, the Nazca Lines are roughly a 13-hour drive from Cuzco. You are welcome to sign off the trip and make your way to Nazca Lines then meet up with the tour later, however, we wouldn't recommend this as this attraction is very far from any part of this scheduled tour.
