Itinerary
- Day 1
Prishtina
You'll transfer to Prizren for a guided walk through Ottoman-era streets, stopping at historic churches and the Sinan Pasha Mosque before having time on your own to wander around. After that, you head to Prishtina where you'll see the Newborn Monument, Cathedral of Saint Mother Teresa, National Library, and the Old Bazaar. The Ethnographic Museum is also on the list, and then you've got leisure time to relax along Sheshi Nena Tereza boulevard.

Skopje
Starting early, you'll transfer to Skopje with a stop at Matka Canyon for a boat ride into Vrelo Cave, one of the world's deepest underwater caves. From there, you check into Skopje and grab lunch at your own pace. In the afternoon, there's a tour covering the Mother Teresa Memorial House, the old railway station, and the Stone Bridge that dates back to 1451.

Ohrid
You'll transfer to Ohrid with a coffee break in Struga right on Lake Ohrid's shores. Once you check in, you have lunch with lake views. Later in the afternoon, a guided tour takes you through this UNESCO World Heritage site including the Church of Saint Sophia, the National Workshop where they make handmade paper, Samuel's Fortress with its 4th-century walls, the Ancient Theater of Ohrid, and the Church of Saint John at Kaneo, which sits up high with nice views across the lake.

- Day 4
Pogradec - Tirana
Starting on Lake Ohrid's shores, you'll check out the Bay of Bones Museum, which has authentic reconstructions of a prehistoric pile-dwelling settlement from 1200-700 BC. Then you travel to the medieval Monastery of Saint Naum to see intricate frescoes and the peacocks that roam around the grounds. After that, you head to Pogradec for free time and lunch along the lake. From there, you drive to Tirana where the tour finishes. Keep in mind that hotel accommodation in Tirana isn't included with this tour.
