What people love about Mediterranean Tours for Seniors
- Best of the Balkans
Excellent our tour guide Ms Tamryn Coetzee and the driver. They both were wonderful, very helpful...Very kinds.....and etc.....
- Scenic Slovenia & Croatia
An excellent trip. Tour guide and driver were both outstanding. The provided walking tours were well done. Certainly a fast paced tour and it would be nice to shift some of the times longer for some of the attractions and shorter for others. Seeing Sarajevo left a lasting impression and the walking tour was great but this is a city that could be visited in a day and does not need an overnight stay. For example, more time at the national park (Plitvice) would have been better time spent. The rest of the program was well put together considering how many miles we traveled. Our guide knew exactly when to take bathroom breaks and knows his history (thanks, Oakie).
- Iberian Explorer
The participants were friendly. Travel Director Jorge was excellent. I just want to be cleared next time of optional tour

Which are the best Mediterranean destinations for senior travelers?
Croatia's Split and Dubrovnik Slovenia's Ljubljana and Italy's coastal regions stand out for their accessibility and tourist infrastructure. Standard amenities include elevators modern bathrooms and in-room conveniences that cater to older travelers.
When is the best time for seniors to visit the Mediterranean region?
Spring months of April and May or fall months of September and October offer the most pleasant travel conditions. This format lets travelers learn about destinations through expert guides while having time to explore or rest according to their preferences.
