Dear Bobbie Surina, You have cancelled the tour 10 days before the departure and the cancellation policy it states that no refund is possible for cancellations under 30 days before the departure date. However, we have offered a free tour on our own expenses. We never offered any credit and we have emails, contract and everything needed to proove it. We have changed several times the end of the validity for this free tour until this year. Unfortunately we couldn't make the tour for reasons that we already have explained to you multiple times. Since we disrupted your travel plans we offered a compensation of 500 euro wich you have denied asking for a full refund of a FREE TOUR (0 cost, GRATIS, Bonus, Complimentary) . You can't get a refund for a free tour. 0 refunded means 0 received. How in this world you can ask money from somebody that offers you a free tour?? Since you have denied 500 euro that it was as a compensation for not being able to deliver the free tour, we won't offer anymore the free tour neither any compensation for something at 0 costs.- RP
