Our trip was well organized and offered a great variety of historical sights, equally interesting and unique. I would especially recommend our tour guide Hammdi who was exceptionally well informed not only on historical matters but generally on anything related to Tunisia. The program is dense but we were offered to take breaks several times - which we did not take, because we wanted to explore as much as we could. So if you're a curious person that is interested in the culture and history of Tunisia and open for a slightly different experience than what usual tourist tours provide, this one is definitly for you!

While I did not take this trip due to a last minute cancellation, the customer service that I received from this company was incredible. On the week of the tour, some unforeseen circumstances led me to have to call of my trip to Tunisia entirely. I was concerned that I would not be able receive a proper refund because of the short notice, but this company did an incredible job of understanding my needs and serving me in the best way possible. They communicated with me on a Sunday, and with the right context, provided me with a response/solution that is an A+ in terms of customer service.

This is a quite well constructed and very well organised tour which provides a very good glimpse of green, fertile northern Tunisia, away from the classic images of desert and southern beaches. Transport and transfers all worked as promised and information flow from Tunisie Voyages was excellent. The choice of hotels, though, disappointed me. They were all classic package tour “tourist traps”, isolated from local communities and of relatively low amenity. None provided a bottle of water, and two of them didn’t even provide a glass! Meals were the usual uninspiring buffet. There was zero chance of interaction with the local community, which I think greatly detracted from what could otherwise be a good value experience. The same applied to programmed lunch stops.
