What people love about Christmas & New Year Tours in Portugal
- Highlights of Portugal W/Hanging Garden of Europe
My family and I really enjoyed our trip to Portugal. The tour company made it easy to enjoy the trip without having to organize and research each step of the trip. Each guide did a very good job. We were also happy that we upgraded our tour to have private transfers and upgraded hotels. The transfers made it easy to get to each location easily with such a busy schedule. I also really appreciated the prompt communication I experienced with the tour company. Any time I had a question or needed assistance, I received an answer quickly. I would use this tour company again.
- Madeira Island Discovery (Winter)
This adventure exceeded all expectations! Filipe, our guide, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. His recommendations for dining were all fantastic. This was my first time on an Explore! tour, and also the shortest trip I've been on, but I felt that I definitely got my money's worth. I was able to explore the entire island. There wasn't a dull day on the itinerary and my highlight was the day-long optional excursion to Porto Santo. I will definitely be traveling with Explore! again, and would absolutely return to Madeira.
- Best of Lisbon and The Azores: City and Nature Wonders
It was great to comeback to Lisbon after so many years and the Azores are just stunning. We covered a lot in 8 days but always with enough time to really enjoy each place. Portugal Travel Center recommended to change the base location to Terra Nostra hotel and we are glad we've done it as you don't need to pay ticket and can use the hot springs until late in the night which was very romantic.
