The team - Amanda, Wendy, Alberto and Sam have done a great job supporting our 2-week vacation visiting Switzerland and Italy. They are very responsive to our inquiries and always do their best to accommodate last min changes e.g arranged last min transfer from Lugano instead Como when our train schedule got changed by the train company. I really enjoyed this tour. Vitally was really into the history of the country and was able to give detailed information and was able to answer our questions. He also made sure to let us know how to dress for the next day and what we would be doing. While this was primarely a city tour he did stop by a lake to let us walk around, take pictures and we could have swam if we wanted to. He and my friend love hiking and while I'm not huge fan of hiking, he always made sure that I was able to keep up, he told me where to place my feet when climbing on the rocks and he would often steady me so I wouldn't fall. HIGHLY recommend this tour. You WILL love all of it.

All you want from a tour? The tour provided by Wanderful Holidays is one I have already recommended to friends and will absolutely use again!! The hotels are ideally located in the middle of the city, close to the finest restaurants, great shopping, and transportation (trains and buses). The hotel concierge happily advised on places not to miss. The hotels were all very spacious, except the one in Zurich. It was clean, with a wide variety of everything you could want for breakfast. The tours to Grindelwald and Mount Tittlis included gorgeous views of the Swiss Alps, sledding, and tubing. They also provided a gondola ride in Venice, my favorite place in Italy.
